2 Shanghai Show Daily 1.「中华演艺设备与数字通讯技术协会」前身为『中华卫星与有线电讯工程学会』,成立于1993 年11月6日,迄今已24年。本会为扩大为演艺设备与数字通讯业者的结合及服务于2015年10月26日经 全体会员大会决议向主管机关(内政部)申请更名为「中华演艺设备与数字通讯技术协会」。本会以研 究演艺设备与数字通讯技术及行业经营,联合产官学及行业经营者协助演艺设备与数字通讯技术发展 事业为宗旨。 本会任务除举办技术工程学术演讲、训练、交流、人才培训、技术认证,组织企业厂家 参加国内外展览及推广业务外,并协助政府研拟演艺设备与数字通讯技术各项标准规范。 2.有关数字通讯在演艺设备技术中的发展与趋势,舞台技术集中控制、网络化、智能化进程开 始,实现非压缩高质量音频传输与控制、高清4K视频传输与控制、灯光信号传输与控制、舞台机械 信号传输与控制的智能机器人平台,集成AES、Dante、Artnet/ACN、DMX、RDM等当今世界流行 的主流传输和控制协议,并在高速以太网络平台上运行。 LAVMNET-iAPS智能舞台呈现系统可实现 舞台扩声系统、舞台灯光系统、舞台机械系统、视频显示系统等多系统的协调运作,一键操控并对各 系统设备的工作状态、人身及环境安全进行实时监测和管理,保证演出能够安全、顺利完成。舞台控 制的「智能化」和「智能化」也是未来的一种必然发展趋势。因为大型临时舞台公共安全问题已经成 为社会关注的焦点,舞台安全智能监测系统能够实时采集舞台机械结构中的应力变化,从而能够实现舞 台机械结构失效的提前预警,有效预防舞台事故发生。 未来的一些舞台上没有演员,只是舞台设备的切换效果,成了舞台机械、灯光、音响、视频、效果 等舞台专用设备合成联动效果的展示。这个舞台展示过程需要各个专业相互联动、技术配合,「智能 化」和「智能化」是必然选择。 随着数字化、网络化的发展,网络音频已经成为国际音频市场的主流。演艺科技领域开始接受 AV/IT概念并进入实践阶段,但是,与专业视听领域厂商已经超前使用AV/IT技术、产品相比,演艺行业 相对落后,专业视听领域的厂商可以在演艺科技领域大展身手。 2.上海国际专业灯光音响展览会是亚洲领先专业音响、灯光、娱乐及及大型活动技术行业的商 贸平台。展会由上海国展展览中心有限公司和法兰克福展览联合举办,展示最新的专业音响和灯光设 备和技术、会议系统、激光技术及设备、LED和LED显示屏、舞台和特效技术、桁架系统、广播设 备、AV集成系统以及零件和配件。 同期更有一系列的现场演示、研讨会和论坛,提升中国专业灯光音 响行业在生产、技术、营销和推广各方面的水平,旨在打造成为行业理想的商贸及交流平台。 这个展 会也是台湾演艺设备行业业者很重要的平台,本协会积极的招集台湾专业买家团,约有20个多个厂家有 30多人参加今年的展览会及有两家会员单位参展,本会会员将利用这次展览会广泛与有关其他厂商供 货商交流, 加强两岸及其他国家的演艺设备行业交流与合作,希望明年本会组织有更多的会员厂商参展 及更多的买家参与这个有意义的展览。 1.在经济全球化的背景下,美国乐器市场的发展趋势和当局的政策是什么? 现在也许最显著的全球趋势之一就是音乐、专业音响和直播科技产业的融合。音乐制作经验是 多样的、技术驱动性的,涉及多个不同的方面;从学校的礼堂到礼拜教堂、剧院、大型节日和旅游活 动再到小型的俱乐部演出、从前台的应用科技和设备与后台的应用科技和设备,这些领域集合应用在 一起 — —并且正在成长;这一切都源于音乐和作曲。我们在美国著名的NAMM Show上都看到了这 一点,它让全世界走到了一起,并且这是一个指引行业发展走向的好征兆。尤其在美国市场,有一些 值得注意的趋势:学校乐队和管弦乐、 键盘合成器、 尤克里里和电吉他的种类在持续增多。 在政策方面,数千名NAMM会员提议所有儿童拥有能够获得品质音乐教学的权利,这将作为"全 面发展"教育的一部分。《每一个学生成功法》(2015 年),准备在 2018 年实施。而这需要美国国 会提供关键资金,但是我们仍对这个进程一直保持一种乐观的态度,并认为通过我们的努力工作,所 有适龄儿童将都有机会把音乐作为其课程教学的一部分。 2.您能解释一下中国乐器市场和美国乐器市场之间的关系吗? 中国,美国的乐器市场都是为了满足消费者的强烈欲望而去做乐器。而这种情绪是被乐器贸易 的经济增长,渴望在NAMM、Music China这类国际展会得到展示的机会并从中得到改善以及去发 展更多面对面交流的机会从而促成更多有价值的商业交易所感染。中国是制造业和出口的重要伙伴, 乐器的进口量在持续的增长,对美国其他的国际品牌也有强烈的需求欲望,很显然中美的零售市场前 景可期,自不用说中国的钢琴市场是世界的领头羊。 3.作为音乐行业的一个综合性的平台,在帮助国际化的公司去抓住亚洲市场的机会中,中国国 际乐器展会是扮演了一个什么样的角色? 对于那些想扩展规模并想与其他公司联系的公司,以及那些想去了解经济条件和文化的公司, 还有那些想将自己的产品展示给来自一整个地区各式各样的买主们的公司,中国国际乐器展为他们提 供了宝贵的机会。积少成多,它现在已经成长为整个中国不可或缺的一个展会,与此同时,它能够满 足国内的需求以及国内来年的产量能够与国外品牌相抗衡。买家和音乐教育的相关人士都可以从广泛 的免费专业音乐教育发展机会中受益,包括联合NAMM CMIA行业论坛和NAMMU的经销商课程系 列。这些都是点对点地分享这些最好的实践讲座,这些分享支持了中国零售商和教育者在整个市场中 的发展,这些内容在中国都是独一无二的,它们在NAMM提供的免费专业课程的历史中一直都是受 欢迎的。 王李荣 中华演艺设备与数位通讯技术协会理事长 周.拉蒙德 先生 美国国际音乐制品协会首席执行官 Frank Wang Entertainment Equipment & Digital Comunication Technology Association Director General Mr Joe Lamond CEO and President NAMM, The National Association of Music Merchants 1. "The Chinese Entertainment Equipment and Digital Communications Technology Association" whose predecessor is "the Satellite With the Society of Cable Telecommunications engineers" which was founded on November 6, 1993, has 24- year history. This will be expanded to the combination with entertainment and digital communications and service for all the members of the General Assembly to decide to change its name to "Entertainment and Digital Communications Technology Association of China” applied to competent authorities (Ministry of the Interior on October 26, 2015. This association is for the purpose of studying on entertainment and digital communication technology and industry, academia and combing university-industry-government with industry-operators to develop the career of entertainment and digital communications technology. Task apart from the exhibition on technical works of this academic lectures, training, exchanges, personnel training, technical certification, home and abroad businesses organizations and business extension, it also assists the Government in developing entertainment and digital communication technology standards and specifications. Some digital communication was intensively controlled in the developments and trends and the entertainment technology, and networking and intelligentizing is on process to implement the intelligent-robot platform which can transfer and control non-compressed high quality audio, HD 4K video, lighting signal and the stage mechanical signal .stage machinery, integrated AES, Dante, and Artnet/ACN, and DMX, RDM and other popular mainstream transport and control protocol in the world today, and it runs on at a high-speed Ethernet network. LAVMNET-iAPS intelligent stage presentation system can make stage sound system, stage lighting system, stage video display system, stage machinery system and other systems work coordinately , and it also can realize that one-button control and can monitor and manage each system equipment’s working state ,personal and environment safety in real time, ensuring that the show can safely and successfully finished. Stage control of "intelligent" and "intelligence" is an inevitable development trend in the future. Because issues about temporary Theater common security have become a focus of public concern. With the development of digitizing and networking, network audio has become mainstream in the International Audio Market. Entertainment Technology begins to adopt the AV/IT concept and brings it into practice. But comparing with professional audio-visual vendors who have used advanced AV/IT technology and audiovisual products, the performing arts industry is relatively backward, professional audio and video manufacturers can show their capabilities in the field of Entertainment Technology. 2. Prolight+sound Shanghai is Asia's leading professional audio, lighting, entertainment and large-scale activities technology industry trading platform. The exhibition is held by Shanghai Intex Exhibition Co., Ltd and Messe Frankfurt jointly, showing the latest professional audio and lighting equipment and technology, conference systems, laser technology and equipment, LED and LED display screen, stage and special effects techniques, truss systems, broadcasting equipment, AV integration systems as well as replacement parts and accessories. There are a series of live demonstrations, seminars and forums in the same term, promoting level in production, technology, marketing and promotion in all direction in the Professional lighting and audio industry, aiming to create the ideal platform for business and communication. This exhibition was also an important platform for Taiwan's entertainment industry. The Association actively recruiting professional buyers from Taiwan, totaling in about more than 20 manufacturers with more than 30 people participated in the exhibition this year and there are two member unit to join it, members of this exhibition use this activity to communicate with other manufacturers and suppliers extensively and to strengthen cross-straits and other entertainment industry exchanges and cooperation, hoping next year this exhibition will organize more member exhibitors and more buyers to join this meaningful exhibition. 1. What are the developing trends of the MI market in the US under the global economic situation and policies of the current president’s administration? Perhaps one of the most notable trends right now globally is the convergence of music, pro sound and event technology industries. The music making experience is diverse, technology-driven and covers so many different facets; from musical performances in the school auditorium, to houses of worship, to theatres, to the largest tours and festivals to small club performances, the technology, the gear from the front of house to the back of the stage; these worlds have converged – and are growing; it all comes back to the music and making music. We are seeing this as part of The NAMM Show, the worlds coming together, and feel that it is a good indication of where the industry is headed. In the US market specifically, there are certainly some trends worth noting: the continued growth in the category of school band and orchestral instruments, keyboard synths, ukuleles and electric guitar. On the policy front, thousands of NAMM members have advocated for the right for all children to have access to a quality music instruction as part of a “well-rounded” education. The passage of the Every Student Succeeds Act (2015), readies for implementation in 2018. While there is critical funding needed from the U.S. Congress, we remain optimistic about the process, and through our work, that all school-aged children will have the opportunity to make music as part of their course instruction. 2. Can you explain the relationship between the MI market between China and the US? The MI market in both the US and China is reflective of a strong, consumer-driven desire to make music. That sentiment is reflected in the desire for trade and MI economic growth, as well as in opportunities found at shows like NAMM and Music China to acquire education, develop face-to-face relationships and make valuable business deals. With China as a valuable manufacturing and export partner, its continued growth of MI imports, and a strong consumer desire for American and other international brands, there’s a mutual influence that can be seen on the retail shelves in both stores in China and in the US - not to mention, the piano market in China is the envy of the world. But the challenges of creating more music makers is not unique to any one country. In previous years, music education conferences that we supported in both Shanghai and in Beijing mirror The NAMM Show’s reinvestment model, a model we call the Circle of Benefits, with an end goal to create more music makers. And we recognize that Music China supports music making programs and professional development courses for industry too. While markets are always susceptible to change and fluctuations, I suspect that music makers in both the US and China will be united in the desire to access the latest gear, encourage more music makers, and share in the global music making community. 3. As a comprehensive platform for the music industry, what is the role played by Music China to help international companies seize opportunities in the Asian market? Music China offers a valuable opportunity for companies looking to broaden their reach and make connections, understand economic conditions and cultural opportunities, and to showcase their products to a variety of buyers from across the region. Since its small beginnings, it has now grown into a must attend event for China and the region, where domestic demand is being serviced and production for the year ahead is discussed with overseas brands. While there, buyers and people involved in music education can also benefit from a broad range of free professional development opportunities, including the joint NAMM CMIA Industry Forum and NAMM U’s “How to Sessions.” These are peer-to-peer sharing of best practice lectures supporting the development of Chinese retailers and teachers for the benefit of the whole market.
